Sponsorship / Advertising Overview Castle Home Tour
The Castle Educational Home Tour’s purpose is to educate and inform the public on real everyday remodeling projects, not just the largest or most expensive projects. The tour will show the public what is attainable in today’s budget. Remodeling is a huge investment and we understand people need to think about their decision for a long period of time. This tour is to help people understand what a realistic remodel involves as well as what is achievable within their budget to create a valuable investment in their home. This tour will help improve the industry as a whole and help people make better decisions with their home remodeling projects.

Why Become a Sponsor?
You can help Castle to showcase our best projects. These homes will have unique features, a good educational message, and be an overall good display of Castle’s fine craftsmanship and quality. Because this is an educational home tour visitors will be more engaged and more inquisitive and will have more interactions with materials and products than a typical tour. We hope to attract approximately 200 visitors to each home over the weekend.

Overview of Sponsorship Opportunities:
1) Extend special product discounts to homes on tour. Make sure your products are on display during the tour.
2) Donate Prizes for our Contest to help drive traffic to the tour. We hope to offer $12,500 in total prizes.
3) Staff a home during the tour. $200 off any ad for staffing a home!
#1 Product Discounts
As incentive to our clients for letting us use their homes for the weekend Castle will pass on a discounts to our clients. Castle will help promote your brand in several ways.
-Spec sheet with project information and specific product and vendor contact information for participating vendors
-Vendor logo displayed near product
-Hand out brochures and materials on site to visitors and opportunities to staff a home
-Hand out brochures and materials on site to visitors and opportunities to staff a home
-Mention by brand name (vs generic term) in product guide, project description, on website, and on mobile app

#2 Prize Donations
Premier Sponsor
– $2,500+ retail value of prize donation. Up to 6 spots available.
– Includes: Logo on guidebook cover, logo on website home page, logo on full page ads in the Villager and SW Journal, logo on welcome display board in each house, mention in home tour video, and logo on web app home page. Also includes $200.00 off any print ad. See page two for advertising options.

Gold Sponsor
– $1,000+ retail value of prize donation. Up to 3 spots available.
-Includes: Logo as space permits in guidebook, website, on welcome display board in each house. Also includes $100.00 off any print ad. See page two for advertising options.

#3 Staff A Home
We need vendors help to staff a few of our best projects.  You will be able to work at a home that features your products. This requires attending a training session prior to the tour to learn about the process, project, and tour. In return for staffing a home for the weekend you will receive $200.00 off any print ad.

Important Dates:
February 1: Last day to turn in Sponsorship and Advertisement Form
July 1: Deadline for all advertisements
