H7: 1451 Edmund Ave

This 1920’s home was brimming with character but was in need of facelift.  The footprint remained the same but changing the layout and adding cabinets to the back entry significantly improved the functionality of the space.  The kitchen was torn down to the studs and rebuilt while keeping the home’s original trim in tact.  New EcoFusion natural bamboo flooring went in followed by beautiful Craftsman style natural alder Crystal Cabinets.  The Element Surfaces recycled glass counter tops are a custom blend selected by the homeowner to compliment the Mercury Mosaic handmade clay tile backsplash.  Every selection made kept the character of the home in mind while also using healthy and environmental friendly materials.
